The five guys from -OZ- are famous for their dark melancholy rock music, which is defined through catchy melodies, especially in the refrains. With this concept -OZ- follows in the footsteps of former great J-Rock Bands, never being just a copy of old stuff, but rather creating fresh and unique compositions to enthral the fans. The band’s history started in October 2004 and already in December of that year -OZ- had held their first live concert in Niigata CLUBJUNKBOX, which was the starting signal for about hundred more gigs. After some time, the famous Indie label Loop Ash signed the band on and so -OZ- gained even more popularity. Now they want to go beyond the bounds of their home country Japan to enthuse the fans in Europe! One year after their last successful album “Versus”, their newest masterpiece “Rouge” is ready to rock the audience, followed by -OZ-‘s first European Tour in January 2011!

 

 

After their last album “Versus” -OZ- will release their second studio album “Rouge” in Europe! All together 11 tracks make –OZ- appear at their very best und convince the listener with hard metal tunes and fat guitar sounds. in this new album they keep to their concept “beauty & decadence”, successfully luring the listener into the themes of their music. Everyone who likes it rough but also appreciates reflective lyrics will hit gold with “Rouge”!
