10 years of playing venues as far apart as Newcastle and Leipzig, 3 self releasing sold out albums, 2 EP's, appearing on 20 compilations, headlining and supporting some of the scenes finest bands at some of the UK's top shows and venues, TV appearances and appearing at some of Europe's top festivals.

Wars & Masquerades, the long awaited 4th album, recorded by Su Wainwright The Whitby Gothic Weekend appearance will be part of the 10 Years Tour that includes some of top UK alternative venues and 2 major festival appearances at WGW and Wave-Gotik-Treffen. The music of Cauda Pavonis has evolved form the minimalist releases of the late 90's/early 00's and has now become one of the most unique sounds on the Goth scene to date. No goth 101 and definitely none of the 'Goth by numbers' which litters the scene on an all too regular basis. This is as fresh, new, rebellious and challenging as the original Gothic Punk scene. The things that music making is meant to be about.
